80 - Ligature Reel

A H-shaped reel. Reel has a flat bar in the middle connecting two hollow, cylinder bars. Has a makers mark for W.H. Bailey and Sons Ltd, but is likely misprinted because it reads 'Bailly.' A ligature reel is for holding the suture material for surgery.
