Wax seal removed from the Medical Society of London membership certificate of Edward Hill (EH/3/4), in a metal box. Seal shows [Hygieia] feeding a snake surrounded by the words 'Saluti Augustae', underneath is 'Sig. Soc. Med. Lond. Instituta MDCCLXXIII'.
